Our standard MOQ is 500 units for most product configurations. For initial prototype and sample runs, we can accommodate smaller quantities to support your testing and qualification process. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will work out the right approach for your project.

First production orders typically deliver in 6 to 8 weeks, which includes core sourcing, tooling (if needed), winding, testing, and shipping. Repeat orders on existing product lines ship in 2 to 3 weeks because your materials and processes are already established. Prototype samples are available in 2 to 4 weeks.

Yes. Every product we manufacture is RoHS compliant. We use SN100 lead-free solder for all terminations. Certificates of compliance ship with every production lot.

We manufacture with three primary core material families: ferrite, grain-oriented silicon-iron (3% silicon, also known as Microsil), and 1J85 permalloy. Core sizes range from 0.8" to 2.25" outer diameter. We source cores from established suppliers and can work with customer-supplied cores if your application requires a specific manufacturer or part number.

Yes. We recommend prototyping for all new product lines. We build sample units to your exact specification, test them, and ship with full test data. You test the samples in your application. If adjustments are needed, we refine and rebuild. Production starts only after you sign off on the prototype results.

We wind with copper and nickel magnet wire in gauges from 18 AWG (heavy current applications) to 34 AWG (high turn count, precision sensing). Standard wire insulation is single-coat enamel rated to 155°C (NEMA MW80-C Class 155). Turn counts range from 200 to 1,500 depending on the application and core geometry.

Every production lot ships with test reports (DCR measurements on every unit), certificates of conformance, and material traceability records. Your drawings and specifications stay on file for all future orders. We maintain full lot traceability from raw materials through final shipment.
